Description	PU.1 Reporter Lentivirus: High-quality, lentiviral transcription factor (TF) reporter system that provides a sensitive fluorescent or luminescent readout for human/mouse Spi-1 proto-oncogen homeobox 5 (PU.1) transcriptional activity in mammalian cells. The PU.1 reporter is constructed with tandem repeats of consensus PU.1 DNA binding elements to read out its transcriptional activity. The ETS family member PU.1 functions in early and late stages of lymphoid and myeloid differentiation and is necessary for the development of multiple hematopoietic lineages. The reporter lentivirus is purified by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugation, and is ideal for studying PU.1 transcriptional activity in difficult-to-transfect cells including primary and/or thawed cells.
