Description	NR2F2 Reporter Lentivirus: High-quality, lentiviral transcription factor (TF) reporter system that provides a sensitive fluorescent or luminescent readout for human/mouse nuclear receptor subfamily 2, group F2 (NR2F2) transcriptional activity in mammalian cells. The NR2F2 reporter is constructed with 12 direct repeats (DR0) of the NR2F DNA-binding AGGTCA motif to read out NR2F1/2 transcriptional activity in mammalian cells. The NR2F family is comprised of three members: NR2F1/COUP-TFI, NR2F2/COUP-TFII and NR2F6/EAR2 activity. NR2F2, the most active of the NR2F family, binds to the DNA motif as a monomer and requires ligands such as 1-deoxysphingosines for full activation. Although having evolutionarily conserved roles in neurogenesis, NR2F1 and NR2F2 also possess non-redundant functions. NR2F1 regulates the development of oligodendrocytes. NR2F2 is required for cardiac development in both mice and humans and is essential for promoting the malignant tumor state by controlling tumor stemness and maintenance in mouse and human squamous cell carcinomas. NR2F2 also plays a critical role in insulin-mediated breast cancer cell invasion and migration. The NR2F2 reporter lentivirus is purified by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugation and is ideal for studying NR2F2 transcriptional activity in difficult-to-transfect cells including primary and/or thawed cells.
