TNK1 (Tyrosine Kinase Non Receptor 1), also known as CD38 Negative Kinase 1 (GenBank Accession No. NM_003985), a.a. 106-390, with N-terminal GST-tag and Thrombin Cleavage Site, MW = 57 kDa, expressed in Sf9 cells via a baculovirus expression system.
Specific activity: >=3.5 pmol/min/ug
Immunogen Region
106-390
Tag
GST-Th-Tag
Formulation
40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 0.04% Tween20, 20% glycerol, 9mM Glutathione

Human
Application
Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling
Notes
Assay was done in Kinase buffer containing 1 mM DTT using CSKtide substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 10 uM ATP. Reaction was done at 30°C for 50 min. Amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega)
Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted enzyme is not recommended. If necessary, use carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%).
