Notes	1.88 ug of PRDX1 was incubated in 50mM HEPES (pH 7.0) containing 200 uMNADPH, 3 uM thioredoxin, and 1.5 uMthioredoxin reductase. The reactionmixture was incubated at 30°C for 5min, followed by the addition of 0.22mM H₂O₂. NADPH oxidation wasmonitored (fluorescence decrease) for thenext 10 min. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
