Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein (also known as N protein), full length encompassing amino acids 1-419 (end). This protein corresponds to SARS-CoV-2 variant B.1.1.529 (Omicron Variant), originally discovered in South Africa, and contains mutations P13L, R203K and G204R. The construct also contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag followed by a His-tag (6xHis). The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
