Human JNK1-beta1(K55M), also known as MAPK8 (K55M) (GenBank Accession No. NM_139046), full length with mutation of lysine55 to methionine, and N-terminal GST-tag, MW=~70 kDa, expressed in E. coli. The K55M mutation prevents ATP binding, making the kinase inactive.
