Human secreted interleukin17 receptor A (IL-17RA) Fc fusion protein, also known as, IL-17 receptor A andCD217, GenBank Accession No. NM_014339, a.a 33-320, fused at the C-terminusto the Fc portion of human IgG1 with a CterminalAviTag, expressed in a HEK293cell expression system. The protein isenzymatically biotinylated using AviTagtechnology. This protein runs at a higherM.W. by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
