These bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from a young adult male Sprague Dawley rat leg bone. The cells are passaged for purity then cryopreserved and delivered frozen. Each vial contains 1 x 106 cells in 1 mL volume. Cells are characterized by flow cytometry for CD90/CD105/CD44/CD29/CD34 and are negative for mycoplasma/yeast/fungi/bacteria. Cells are assured to further culture using the protocol provided.
