Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are critical components of the innate and adaptive immune response and are useful tools for in-vitro and ex-vivo immunoassays as well as cytotoxicity and infectious disease studies; in addition cancer research and in drug development and discovery. We isolate canine PBMCs from whole blood using Ficoll and density gradient centrifugation and provide a cryopreserved highly purified subset of these cell populations. Our canine PBMCs are negative for mycoplasma/bacteria/fungi/yeast. Available fresh or frozen upon request from young and old dogs of either gender. Frozen cells are cryopreserved in CryoStor CS10.
