Recommended Dilution	Anti-apoLipoprotein antibodies have been used for indirect trapping ELISA for quantitation ofantigen in serum using a standard curve, for immunoprecipitation and for western blotting for highly sensitivequalitative analysis. This product has been tested by immunohistochemistry using paraffin embedded tissues.

Specificity	This product has been prepared by immunoaffinity chromatography using immobilizedantigens followed by extensive cross-adsorption against other apoLipoproteins and human serum proteins toremove any unwanted specificities. Typically less than 1% cross reactivity against other types of apoLipoproteinwas detected by ELISA against purified standards. This antibody reacts with human apoLipoprotein C-III and hasnegligible cross-reactivity with Type A-I, A-II, B, C-I, C-II, E and J apoLipoproteins. Specific cross-reaction of anti-apoLipoproteinantibodies with antigens from other species has not been determined. Non-specific crossreactionof anti-apoLipoprotein antibodies with other human serum proteins is negligible.
