It is a nuclear enzyme which alters the topologic states of DNA during transcription; and mutations of the TOP2A gene had been associated with the development of drug resistance, thus a target for several anticancer agents and cancer-related studies. SensiStain^TM Anti-TOP2A Antibody was developed for TOP2A detection.
