Description	iPS cell line made from fibroblast cell line from Coriell Repository (GM00770). iPS reprogramming was accomplished using an episomal expression system containing Oct4, Sox2, Klf4 and EBNA. Cells are grown under feeder-free conditions and routinely grown in CET's iPS growth media and replaced every other day. iPS cells are validated for pluripotency by expression of SSEA-4 and alkaline phosphatase. Cells are free of Mycoplasma. iPS colonies exhibit classical morphology and growth.Classic pulmonary and pancreatic involvement; no diabetes; 1 spontaneous pneumothorax; donor subject is homozygous for the deltaF508 deletion mutation (Phe508DEL).
