Specific hybridization of Oligo d(T) probe to poly(A) tails in FFPE tissues indicates that the material under Test containsintact mRNA. Oligo d(T) probe can be used as a control for RNA in situ hybridization experiments using mRNA targetprobes. Weak or no staining in a test sample indicates that the mRNA in tissue may be compromised.
Storage
Store the probe at 2-8o C. Warm to room temperature immediately prior to use.
