Using the CCND1 orange red probe labeled with orange red fluorescence and the green fluorescent probe labeled with green fluorescence, the two probes can be combined with the target detection site by in situ hybridization. Normally (CCND1 / IGH gene did not fuse), two orange and two green signals were displayed under fluorescence microscopy. When fusion genes exist, green and orange signals are reconstituted to form yellow fusion signals.

Clinical Significance
Mantle cell lymphoma is a subtype of NHL, and the prognosis is poor; t (11; 14) (q13.3; q32.3) can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); it is used for the identification of MCL and CLL.
