Advantages: Use of standard primers eliminates additional primer expenses – no phosphorylation step is required. Ready-to-use 2X Bestaq™ MasterMix with high-fidelity DNA polymerase limits unwanted PCR-introduced errors. PCR treatment reagents rapidly eliminate the template background without lengthy hands-on purification steps. Pro Ligation-Free MasterMix results in highly efficient, seamless assembly of the mutant plasmid Condensed 4 hour workflow, with less than 15 minutes of hands-on time for highly efficient and accurate mutagenesis.
