Description	abm’s GeneCraft-R Classic CRISPR sgRNA Synthesis kit provides a simple and robust solution for producing the highest quality of sgRNA. This kit contains 2X PCR Bestaq MasterMix, a PCR reverse primer mix, a proprietary Supermix, and an Enzyme Mix for PCR and the subsequentin vitrotranscription. The kit only requires the addition of a target-specific DNA oligo designed by the end user (instructions for oligo design are included) in the initial PCR amplification. Without any PCR cleanup, the PCR product serves as the dsDNA template for the downstream sgRNA synthesis. sgRNA synthesized in this way is more uniform with the highest quality, especially suitable for downstreamin vivoapplications.
