The kit comes with basal media and a supplement kit: 1) Human Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cell Growth Basal Medium (500 ml) 2) Human Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cell Supplement Mix (1 vial) To properly make the complete growth media for use, add the entire content of Human Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cell Supplement Mix into the Human Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cell Growth Basal Medium and mix properly. Addition of the Human Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cell Supplement Mix may change medium appearance more opaque.
