Description	CET's placenta stem cell expansion media allows for reliable cell culture of AE stem cells. Cells can be grown as adherent monolayers on tissue culture dishes or as hanging drops. When grown as adherent cells, spheroid formation will be seen within seven to ten days of culture. Data suggests that spheroids are the most pluripotent and the rest of the placenta cells act as a feeder layer.
