Human Panc-1 Cell Line was established from a pancreatic carcinoma with ductalorigin from a 56 year old Caucasian male donor. These cells display an epithelialmorphology. Human Panc-1 cells have been routinely used to study the role of theintermediate filament keratin reorganization in the migration of cancer cells. This cell linegrows adherently and displays robust growth characteristics using CET's Human Panc-1Expansion Media.
