Mycoplasma testing: The cell line has been screened to confirm the absence of Mycoplasma species. Host Species: human Supplied as Each vial contains 2 x 106 cells in 1 ml of cell freezing medium (Biohippo, #79796)
Background	Jurkat cells were originally established from a human T lymphoblast. This cell line can be modified to express specific cell surface receptors and offers a physiologically relevant platform to evaluate cancer-directed immunotherapies. The Firefly Luciferase Jurkat Cell Line makes an excellent target for CAR-T or NK cells.
