Background	Involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking. Interacts with membranes containing phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate(PtdIns(3P)) or phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate(PtdIns(3,4)P2)(PubMed:15561769).
